Cookie Policy
This Policy describes cookies and similar technologies that may be used on the website and explains how you control optional categories.
Version 2.0 · Effective August 02, 20261. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by a website or provider in the browser. The website also uses localStorage and sessionStorage, browser features that store preferences and information on the device. In this Policy, similar technologies includes all of these mechanisms.
2. How your choice works
On the first visit, optional categories start disabled. You may accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or choose each category. The decision applies to this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was validly carried out beforehand.
3. Strictly necessary technologies
These technologies deliver the website, maintain security, record your choice, and complete requests. They cannot be disabled in the preference panel because the site depends on them:
- arvoris_consent_v1 — localStorage; stores categories, version, and date of choice; up to 180 days;
- arvoris_browser_id — localStorage; random pseudonymous identifier used to record the choice; up to 180 days;
- arvoris_lead_protocol — sessionStorage; carries the protocol to the confirmation page and is removed after it is read or when the session ends;
- arvoris_admin_session — HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict cookie; restricted to the administration panel; maximum duration of 24 hours.
Technical access and security logs are kept on the server and are not cookies.
4. Functional technologies
Functional technologies may remember non-essential choices that improve the experience without measuring behaviour across websites. This category is used only where a corresponding feature exists and you enable it. At the date of this version, language is determined by the route you visit and does not depend on this category.
5. Analytics
When configured and authorised, analytics technologies help us understand visits, pages viewed, approximate source, device, and website performance. Arvoris may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<id> may be set by Google for up to 2 years, subject to our configuration and browser restrictions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, or form contents to these tools.
6. Marketing and campaign measurement
When configured and authorised, marketing technologies may measure visits originating from advertisements and help assess campaigns. Arvoris may use Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, which may set their own identifiers and receive technical navigation data under the providers' settings. This category remains disabled until affirmative consent.
7. Third-party providers
Google, Meta, and TikTok operate under their own policies for data received through their technologies. Identifier names, purposes, and durations may change due to provider or browser decisions. Arvoris limits loading to the consented category, reviews active integrations, and updates this Policy when a material change occurs.
8. Legal grounds and consent records
Necessary technologies support the digital service, protect the website, and meet applicable duties. Functional, analytics, and marketing technologies depend on consent. To evidence the choice, we record a pseudonymous identifier, categories, version, method, date, language, and source page, without including form contents in consent records.
9. Changing or deleting preferences
Open Cookie preferences in the footer or on this page to change categories. You may also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing storage causes the notice to appear again. Browser-level blocks may affect necessary features and do not replace requests concerning data already recorded on the server.
10. Updates and contact
This Policy may be updated when technologies or providers change. The current version and date appear on this page. Questions or requests may be sent to contato@arvoris.com.br or through the Data rights page.
