Terms of Use
These Terms establish the conditions for accessing and using the Arvoris website and digital channels.
Version 2.0 · Effective August 02, 20261. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using arvoris.com.br, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and applicable laws. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these conditions for the matters they govern. If you do not agree, do not use forms or restricted features.
2. Capacity
Business channels are intended for people with legal capacity to take the requested actions. A person using the site on behalf of a company represents that they are authorised to provide information and initiate contact. Children must not submit data through the forms.
3. Website purpose
The website presents Arvoris, its services, educational content, and contact channels. Submitting a form, requesting a diagnostic, or asking for a meeting does not create an obligation to engage, exclusivity, or a reserved appointment. Services, prices, scope, timing, responsibilities, and client data processing are defined in a specific proposal or contract.
4. Permitted use
You may browse, share links, and use content for personal reference or legitimate evaluation of services. Reproduction beyond limits permitted by law requires prior written authorisation from Arvoris or the identified rights holder.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms;
- bypass authentication, limits, security controls, or preferences;
- test vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
- introduce malicious code, automate abusive submissions, overload infrastructure, or interfere with operation;
- scrape data, reproduce content at scale, or use the brand deceptively;
- submit unlawful, discriminatory, offensive, unauthorised confidential, intellectual-property-infringing, or privacy-infringing content.
6. Information supplied by users
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful nature of information you submit. Do not include sensitive data, third-party secrets, identity documents, or another person's information without necessity and authority. By submitting content, you grant Arvoris limited permission to store, review, and use it solely to respond, prepare the requested interaction, maintain security, and comply with legal duties.
7. Intellectual property
The Arvoris brand, visual identity, text, images, charts, structure, software, and other website materials are protected by applicable law and belong to Arvoris or its licensors. No rights are transferred to users. Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Informational content
Articles, examples, estimates, comparisons, and educational materials are general and do not replace professional analysis of a specific situation. Information may become outdated. Before making material decisions, consider your context, first-party data, contracts, platform policies, and appropriate professional advice.
9. Results and engagement
Media performance and business growth depend on market conditions, offer, investment, service, sales journey, platforms, and other factors outside Arvoris's sole control. The website does not promise revenue, return, rankings, lead volumes, or time to results. Any binding commitment must be expressly included in the applicable proposal or contract.
10. Third-party links and services
The site may link to WhatsApp, social networks, advertising platforms, or other external pages. Those environments have their own terms and policies, and Arvoris does not control their availability, content, or independent data processing. A link does not imply unrestricted endorsement.
11. Availability and changes
We seek to keep the site secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absolute absence of errors. We may correct, update, restrict, or discontinue content and features for technical, legal, security, or business reasons, while preserving mandatory rights and existing contractual relationships.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvoris is not liable for decisions made solely from general content, failures attributable to a user's device or connection, third-party unavailability, or use contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits consumer rights where applicable.
13. Privacy and security
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and recorded preferences. You should use official channels, keep devices protected, and report suspected fraud or misuse. The administration panel is not intended for the public, and unauthorised access is prohibited.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Continued use after an update acknowledges the conditions applying from the new effective date and does not retroactively alter existing contracts.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties will first seek a good-faith solution through the contact channels. If a dispute remains, jurisdiction will be determined by applicable law, including the consumer's place of residence where that right exists.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contato@arvoris.com.br. Personal data matters may also be submitted through the Data rights page. This English text is provided for accessibility; the Portuguese version prevails for interpretation under Brazilian law, without limiting mandatory rights under other applicable laws.
